Open the purchase and select the available return action. Eligibility depends on the policy saved with the order and the reason for the request.
Describe the issue accurately and include the affected quantity. Do not include unrelated personal information.
Approved shipped returns may include a label and deadline. Pickup returns use an in-person handoff. The return timeline shows decisions, shipping, receipt, and refund progress.
