Track pickup and shipping

Every completed purchase appears under Purchases. Open an order to see its items, seller, fulfillment method, and current status.

Shipping

Tracking information appears when the seller creates and updates the shipment. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.

Pickup

The order shows the selected pickup location and available instructions. Coordinate through the order details when additional timing information is provided.

Keep the order number and lot number available during pickup. They help the seller identify the correct inventory.
