About Us

Mint Shelf is a marketplace for reverse-logistics inventory. We connect buyers and sellers through a transparent, approachable platform built for the resale community.

Whether you are an experienced reseller or just getting started, Mint Shelf gives you tools to find inventory, create clear listings, and run the work from purchase through fulfillment.

The team

Four people building one clearer marketplace.

We are a small team working across company leadership, marketplace operations, product development, and customer communication. That size keeps the people building Mint Shelf close to the people using it.

Junior developer · Product development

Haylee Pulisciano

Haylee is at her best when she has room to own a problem. She can take a rough idea through conversations with users, early designs, feedback, implementation, observation, and all the unexpected debugging that follows. At Mint Shelf, she has independently delivered notifications and SMS, role-based access control (RBAC), and a redesigned gallery that early users love. She has also learned to work confidently with coding agents, not as a substitute for judgment, but as another tool for turning ambiguity into a dependable product.

Beyond the workHaylee may be the quietest person in the room, right up until she becomes the chatterbox. Away from the code, there are three cats, sunsets, Fortnite, Frieren, The Apothecary Diaries, Italian food, and a growing vocabulary of pair-programming shorthand that includes “R,” “Bird,” and “hehehe.” It makes perfect sense to Haylee and Taro. Usually.

Co-founder · Company leadership

Colton Stephens

Austin-born, Colton is driven by competition, curiosity, and smart risk-taking. That path led him from hands-on ventures to co-founding Mint Shelf, a marketplace built to make buying and selling smarter, simpler, and more human. He runs several high-volume resale warehouses and brings deep experience in sales, marketing, and influencer partnerships.

Beyond the workHe is the person most likely to turn a warehouse story into a product requirement. He and Taro are also blackjack lovers, so probability has a way of becoming a recreational team discussion. Away from the warehouse, he brings the same energy to long hikes, formal occasions, and perhaps a future dog cameo.

Joining the team · Marketing and content

Trevor

Trevor bridges the gap between the warehouse floor and the digital world. Working directly with warehouse owners, he brings their operations onto the platform and leads marketing that shows Mint Shelf’s value to a global audience. For Trevor, managing and moving liquidation inventory isn’t just a task. It’s a passion.

Beyond the workWhen he’s not improving warehouse workflows or planning new marketing campaigns, Trevor is fully immersed in media culture. Whether diving into the latest internet phenomena, dissecting cinema, or keeping up with trending shows, he is always exploring the cultural zeitgeist.

Co-founder · Company leadership

Taro Woollett-Chiba

At 18, Taro left upstate New York for San Francisco to dive into AI, data science, and startups. For more than a decade, he has worked across product, engineering, QA, design, sales, and marketing, including at three marketplace and network startups. He loves everything about building startups.

Beyond the workHe is Cowboy’s father. Hydroponics is a hobby he keeps coming back to. He likes competitive games like Counter-Strike, and variety games with friends. He also loves recreating favorite dishes, researching them intensely and experimenting in the kitchen. Sometimes he gets lucky and finds the exact recipe online.

For investors

A large inventory problem deserves focused infrastructure.

Retail returns and secondary-market inventory create an enormous, fragmented supply. We welcome conversations with investors who understand marketplaces, reverse logistics, and the opportunity to make useful inventory easier to trust and trade.
